Important information for mariners operating within the Littlehampton pilotage district off the beach at Elmer is available in our recently published Local Notice on upcoming coastal defence works in the area.  Two large rock barges (64m and 80m LOA) and associated tugs will be operating in the vicinity of the Rock Islands from 10th September for a period of 6-8 weeks.

Operators of inshore fishing vessels can contact Fisheries Liaison Officers at MacAlister Elliott & Partners Ltd for further information on vessel movements and any restrictions on fishing activities off Elmer Beach.
