The Harbour Board’s 20,400 square metre shoreside Port Estate at Railway Wharf (BN17 5DD) is shown below. As well as the Harbour’s Workshops, we share this site with our current commercial tenants at Railway Wharf include Tarmac, Recycle Southern, Dando Drilling and Clement Building. In addition, two offices on the ground floor of the Harbour Office on Pier Road are leased to Powerstax and MLD Event Group.
