On 26th June, we emailed all stakeholders (click here) outlining our plans for continuing stakeholder engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic and also invited questions on our 2019/20 Annual Report. To follow up on this, we are now pleased to share Littlehampton Harbour’s Strategic Outlook in 2020.

This document is intended to provide harbour users with a clear, one-page overview of our staff’s duties and responsibilities. ​Each are presented with a strategic aim and revised supporting objectives from 2020.  It also introduces four priority projects which are intended to enable us to fully meet these aims and objectives in the years to come.

In due course, this revised strategic outlook will be used to underpin the development of the next iteration of the harbour Business Plan covering the period 2021 to 2025.

In the interests of continuing engagement with all stakeholders during this unprecedented time, you are invited to submit any questions on either document via email to clerk@littlehampton.org.uk or by post (Clerk to the Board, Harbour Office, Pier Road, Littlehampton, W Sussex,  BN17 5LR) by the 14th September.

Subsequently, a video will be distributed to stakeholders with the aim of summarising the Annual Report and Strategic Outlook as well as answering appropriate questions recieved.

Further to this, and as explained in our 26th June update, the Stakeholder Annual General Meeting will be rearranged if and when circumstances permit. In the meantime, you can also continue to stay up to date via or Facebook page and quarterly newsletter.
